On the morning of May 20, 2017, according to the annual practice, The 7th Building Knowledge for Owners  Seminar was organized by THIET THACH Group and Companions units at Capella Gallery Hall, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. After 3 years of organizing with many practical values for the participants, this 7th seminar attracted more than 300 visitors who stayed throughout the seminar.    

The Seminar opened at 8 am, but the organizers welcomed the first guests at 7 am. This explained the urgency that the content of this Seminar brought to the attendees and promising an interesting topic. The check in process with lucky code bracelet surprised the customers.

Speaker Cao Dinh Son, Master of Architecture, Lecturer of Van Lang University and Binh Duong University, opened the workshop on Feng Shui topic. With many years of experience in counseling and teaching Feng Shui, the speaker explained the most complex issues in a simple way, aiming to bring an overview of Feng Shui and the shortcomings that need to be overcome in the Feng Shui housing. The sharing of harmonious combination between Feng Shui and architectural design received much response from the audience.

Speaker Nguyen Song Hoan Nguyen - Doctor of Architecture, Lecturer of the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City continued the seminar with Residential Architecture. The speaker started the sharing with funny questions, bringing the exciting atmosphere to the auditorium. With many years of research and teaching at the top universities, as well as practical work in the field of architecture, the speaker presented the valuable experience of Residential Architecture, analyzing the benefits - the harm between having and not having an architectural design, and first of all how to choose a design unit that matches the needs and conditions of each home.

After the break, the Seminar continued with the topic of Construction with D.Eng. Le Trong Nghia - Lecturer of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Construction came with the practical construction of current market, pointing out the concerns of the investor in the stages of housing construction and sharing practical experience from quality monitoring of materials to occupational safety, from minimizing problems to common contradictions.

Besides the friendly sharing about the experience of the speakers, guests also contributed significantly to the success of this Conference Seminar. Guests paid attention, took note, actively send questions to the discussion were also a great motivation for the whole Organizing Committee.

Spreading more love, Mr Vu Tuan Phong – THIET THACH Group Construction Team Leader also donated 10 million and hoped to share some burden with Soeur and the children have disadvantaged.

The closing ceremony was successfully because of a great contribution from delegates, companion units, experienced speakers, and especially the enthusiastic participation of all the guests.
