The grounds of this Investor is located in a nice place, in front of a large highway with a broad vision and space. Therefore, Architects of THIET THACH Group had to focus more on the appearance of the house front. With the width of the house front of 7m and the depth of 19.5m, this is an ideal ground for designing a unique town villa.
• The ground floor:
This house is a town villa, so having a reasonable setback as its front yard will help the house more private. Meanwhile, its doors are made from plastic door with steel core and reinforced glass make the balanced and strong feeling but still remain a certain open space for the living room. The kitchen - dining room is conveniently arranged for living activities but still having the proper ventilation by combining with the back yard.
• 1st floor:
mainly for resting and relaxing. The common room which is located in the middle of this floor is a place for gathering all family members after a hard working days. 2 closed and wide bedrooms have forwarded windows for ventilating. The master bedroom is in the best position of the house with full of modern conveniences.
• 2nd floor:
This floor is designed with additional supporting functions. The worship room is located in a separate place in accordance with fengshui and the whole architecture. The remaining area is also divided reasonably into 2 bedrooms with private toilets and the laundry room - drying yard but still maintain the ventilation for each space by scientific arrangement combined with light-well spaces, windows and balconies in each space.
