THIET THACH Group has coordinated with the Institute of Management and Finance IFA to organize a training course on "Sales skill, customer care and problem solving" for managers and related specialists within 3 days – 28, 29 and 30/10/2016, by Master Le Do Duy An - lecturer with more than 10 years of experience in teaching and training in the fields of leadership, sales, service - care Customer negotiation and negotiation.

On 22/10/2016, the first class for management level with the topic "Customer Care Training and Problem Solving".
