In the morning of 22/7/2017, THIET THACH Group organized  “Controlling construction process for owners” workshop at TMT Home Mart’s Hall. Workshop is one of the activities in the THIET THACH Group’s customer care process.

Each investor will pay special attention and affection for their future home. Not only a concern about materials used, it is also a concern for how supervision construction effectively. After choosing a prestigious construction company, not only every customer but also THIET THACH Grop want their owners to become a professional, strict supervisors to be able to control quality and construction process. With that meaningful reality, THIET THACH Group organized “Control construction process for owners” workshop, especially for customer who signed contract with THIET THACH Group.

30 customers who signed contract with THIET THACH Group last month joining workshop in a positive spirit because of a quality and safety work. The reception was highly appreciated by professionalism as well as friendliness. As welcoming the close friends, the THIET THACH Group is always considerated, creating the most comfortable for customers from check in through the workshop.

For the beginning, it was the sharing of Mr. Le Dang Khac – Director of THIET THACH Binh Thanh about the process of construction management. Thereby, helping Owners understood more about the organization and management process of works in each specific period, the number of workers and the way to check and take over the construction at each stage. With his intimate nature style and many years of practical experience in the construction industry made the sharing of ideas seemed dry complicated becoming simple and easy to understand.

The sincere sharing of Mr. Tran Tuan Long - General Director THIET THACH Group about the common difficulties between construction unit and Owners made the conference more exciting. The disputes which hardly happen between parties if inadvertently occur inconsistencies were also frankly mentioned. In addition, common problems in each stage of construction between the Owners and Customer Care process before - during and after construction were shared in detail.

With the last share of workshop on July 22nd , Ms. Nguyen Bao Thach - Director of CAT NGHI Interior sent to customers process of construction and. As a professional interior designer, she shown and helped customers visualize the benefits that interior design can bring to their home 

With experience in understanding the customer through years, the presentation delved into the common mistakes of the owners in the interior and gave the owners a broader view of the interior. Sometimes, the nods from the Owners made Organizing Committe felt that they brought a lot of interests for customers. Throught this, THIET THACH Group and Owners can gradually reduce the distance, understand each other, towards a path of scientific cooperation, professional and friendly.

100% of customers attending the workshop was the initial success that the Organizing Committee received.
