According to the plan, Construction Department - THIET THACH Group always holds monthly meetings to review, evaluate and review the performance of THIET THACH Group. On the afternoon of August 24th 2017, in accordance with precedent, the meeting was cordially organized at the big hall of TMT Home Mart.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Xuan -  Director of THIET THACH District 11 launched activities for the coming Labor Safety Month. As a company operating in the construction industry, the safety factor is always the company's operating guidelines. With that in mind, the coming Labor Safety Month would be kicked off with a lot of emulation activities to raise awareness among every staff of THIET THACH Group.

Following the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thinh - Vice Director of TMT Home Mart took the lead in a lively discussion on materials supply at THIET THACH Group works. There were many discussions, answering questions from all the works throughout Ho Chi Minh City.

In the middle of the meeting, It was a surprise birthday party for Nguyen Anh Ngoc - construction manager of CAT NGHI Interior. Construction Director - Huynh Ngoc Cu also did not forget the representative of the Organizing Committee commended and rewarded excellent individuals, team and management in August last.

To end the meeting, CEO Tran Tuan Long shared with construction Department about corporate culture and development direction of THIET THACH Group in the near future. Through this, Mr. Tran Tuan Long also expressed his hope that the construction Department would continue to strengthen and create quality works as well as a working environment full of humanities and emotional colleagues as a family.

The annual meeting is not only a review of construction’s progress in a month but also a practical activity to help THIET THACH Group management can observe closely to the quality of each work, to deal with the arising timely and to bring perfect works for Owners.
