History

April 2005:

Having a common passion, 3 young Architects - the ones who laid the first stone for THIET THACH, chose Architecture to start up and they founded THIET THACH Design Consultancy & Construction Ltd Co. – precursor of today THIET THACH, becoming a force in Architecture field in Ho Chi Minh City, located at 25 Cuu Long, Ward 15, District 10.

Trụ sở chính mới rộng lớn và khang trang, được đầu tư kỹ lưỡng từ thiết kế đến không gian là tiềm lực vững chãi giúp THIET THACH Group lấy đó làm bàn đạp phát triển rộng khắp.)

2005 - 2007:

Quickly make a name for buildings with its own styles, starting from residential building and grow strong with urban houses, villas, office buildings in HCMC.
 

The journey continued with THIET THACH’s gathering a team of managers - who was qualified, experienced and selecting skilled workers to expand into construction, combining the company’s Architecture advantages to bring Clients the best work.

2007 - 2009:

This period is considered a transition from the early stage business model to today THIET THACH. “THIET THACH Group” was officially used and its sub-brands were established to maximize the strengths of each unit as well as making it convenient for Customers.

With a team of nearly 30 qualified Architects and Engineers, and construction teams consisting of more than 200 skilled workers. THIET THACH showcases our abilities by series of civil buildings, such as residential buildings, hotels and offices. They were designed and constructed excellently. As a result, many good feedbacks came to us. Just after 4 years running, THIET THACH became a top company in Architecture – Civil construction in HCMC.

2009 - 2011:

THIET THACH Group is proud of setting a new standard in the construction market in HCMC, making our name of professionalism in Design - Construction. With the vision of developing stably and becoming a top brand in Architecture – Civil construction, THIET THACH Group has significant reform in our business activities.

At the end of 2009, THIET THACH Group established MẪU NHÀ Trading Services Construction Ltd Co. With the goal of becoming a specialized brand for residential buildings, MẪU NHÀ succeeded and developed the achievements of 5-year operation and professional business since the beginning day. MẪU NHÀ worked on rules that were set by THIET THACH Group to guarantee the providing of the best services for our Dear Customer.

In 2010, THIET THACH Construction Ltd Co. transformed to be a joint-stock enterprise, THIET THACH became the leader for business activities of THIET THACH Group with the mission to build lasting values, standards in Architecture – Construction for sub-brands to inherit and develop. This was a milestone for tactical changes to make it become the leading brand in Architecture – Civil construction of THIET THACH Group.

2011 - Now:

In the depression period, challenges were there for many enterprises involving Real Estate and especially construction. By reasonable moves, THIET THACH Group became a typical enterprise of constant growth in this time: expand markets nationwide, buildings by THIET THACH Group located in all areas of HCMC.

In the middle of 2012, THIET THACH Group formed CÁT NGHI Architecture – Construction – Interior Ltd Co. The brand CAT NGHI Interior is officially operated and specializes in Design, Interior décor, completion of constructions. CAT NGHI is a link in a closed chain from Design – Construction – Completion to bring our Dear Customers the most benefits.

Steady specialization and constantly improved service quality are our keys to success. Our motto, “THIET THACH – Stable as rock” is our promises on:

•    Buildings that are stable, beautiful and in harmony with the surroundings.
•    A company that develops stably; restlessly improves its technology and especially its manpower and is rich in culture and sense of community.

To do so, THIET THACH Group’s management methods is according to ISO 9001:2008 set of standards for all departments and our brands to make sure that the output quality met the  requirements set and guaranteed by THIET THACH and is reasonably and strictly controlled. In October 2012, THIET THACH received the ISO 9001:2008 certificate in building design and construction.

In April 2013, THIET THACH officially opened THIET THACH Đà Lạt. By bringing our business model in HCMC and the service management process of ISO 9001: 2008 to apply here, THIET THACH Group marked a new step that concentrated on bringing Customers of this area our best product and services. It also served as model for the next step at other market.

In 2014, THIET THACH Group continued to establish a new branch in Tan Phu District, which was a milestone marking our growing in scale and market in HCMC. This establishment not only better served Customers in the area but also pioneered model working office which is applied to other branches and branch-to-be of THIET THACH Group bringing the most convenient services and encouraging brand recognition.

On July 2015, THIET THACH Group continues its strong growth through opening a new branch at Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City which marks a milestone on THIET THACH Group's 10-year development journey. With 5 well-cooperated branches, THIET THACH Groups' services will become more comprehensive and human resources will be strengthened in order to meet customers' demands more effectively due to the initial commitments and confirm assertively the high position and professional brand of THIET THACH Group.

Throughout our journey of forming and developing business, there are frequent activities to express our gratefulness to our Customers, Partners, Employees and people who directly contribute to our success. THIET THACH Group also did not forget our social responsibilities. Therefore, THIET THACH Group Charity Fund was founded and was funded by a part of our profits from business activities to help the unfortunates.

Today, THIET THACH Group has formed a solid foundation and is coming closer to our goal to become a leading enterprise in Architecture – Civil construction with our specialized brands. All aims one target – Stable as Rocks.
